Connection
Connection is at the heart of everything we do, fostering strong, caring relationships within families and as our team partners with families. We believe that true healing and growth happen through understanding, trust, and meaningful engagement.
Compassion
Compassion guides our approach, ensuring that every family feels seen, understood, and supported without judgment. We believe in meeting each person with kindness, empathy, and appreciation, fostering a safe space for growth and development.
Respect
Respect is the foundation of our work, honoring each family's unique experiences, backgrounds, and beliefs. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated, equity is prioritized, and every voice is valued equally.

What inspired you to start Kindness Talks?
In short, the children, youth, and families I work with inspired me. It is a joy and a privilege to partner with so many amazing families, and I wanted to extend my platform to do just that. I started Kindness Talks to provide families with access to affordable, high-quality family support services. My goal was, and still is, to create a community centered on kindness, connection, and collective strength, where all members of a family can find and the tools and resources they need to thrive together.
We believe customized family support should be accessible to everyone.
